1. Click on the item's price to put it into your shopping cart.
   You can see the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "Mycart" button on left pannel of the page. Items remain in your cart for up to six hours.
   
   
2. Verify your account or create a new account.
   You are asked if you have an existing Ruby Sapphire account, or want to create a new account. If this is your first order, create new account.
   
   
3. Finalize your order.
   This screen allows you to confirm that all the information is correct. Any mistakes can be corrected at this point. To complete your order, you must select a method of shipping and enter your credit card information. Press the Finalize Order button when you have entered all the information.

You know your order has been accepted when the screen says "Order Completed" and displays your order number. Write down the number, you will need it for any correspondence with us. Remember that you can always check your order status on-line by clicking on the Previous Order Status link on the home page.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. The transferring of your credit card information is safely handled by our secure server. You also have the option of phoning or faxing us your credit card information. We will need your order number, credit card number, and the credit card expiration date.

If you have previously placed an order and want to use the same credit card, you can select the "Use previous credit card info" option. You do not need to enter your credit card information unless your credit card expiration date has passed. All charges will be made in U.S. funds.

An authorization will be requested on you credit card when you place your order. Your bank may choose to reserve this amount on your card for a period of time, typically a couple of days but occasionally up to 30 days.

Ruby Sapphire accepts PayPal. Follow the procedure below:

• When finalizing your order, select "Pay by PayPal" from the menu of available payment options and click the Finalize Order button.
• To process your PayPal payment, click the PayPal button.
• If you already have a PayPal account, login and follow the instructions to complete your payment.
• If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay using PayPal, we recommend creating an account prior to making your purchase.
• PayPal payments are posted to your customer account as store credits.
